Human Resources Manager

We\'re running a confidential search on behalf of a well-established organisation with a global footprint and a complex, multi-stakeholder operating environment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you\'ll be expected to advise department heads as a true business partner, while also being close enough to the detail to make things actually happen. Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment — partnering with department heads to understand real staffing needs, benchmarking compensation, running interviews, reviewing offers, and shaping onboarding so new hires land well Talent and succession — building career paths for high-potential employees and developing honest, practical plans for those who are underperforming Performance management — driving the mid-year and annual review cycles end-to-end, and coordinating with the CHRO and global leadership on the finalisation of ratings and compensation decisions Employee relations — handling disputes, grievances, disciplinary actions, transfers, promotions, and terminations with fairness and good judgement HR budget ownership — reviewing and recommending the annual budget across recruitment, relocation, development, and external consulting Policy and compliance — keeping the Employee Handbook and all policies current, compliant, consistently applied, and aligned to the organisation\'s goals Learning and development — designing and executing training and development programmes that build capability and improve retention Continuous improvement — spotting where HR processes are slow, dated, or error-prone, and redesigning them for accuracy, efficiency, and a better employee experience Communication and governance — preparing company-wide HR communications, keeping senior leadership continually apprised on key developments, and working within the organisation\'s approval framework Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline 10-15 years of broad, full-lifecycle HR experience Demonstrated ability to engage every level of the organisation positively and professionally Strong knowledge of US state and federal labour laws and regulations Experience in compensation analysis and recruitment across all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts easily to shifting priorities Proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) #J-18808-Ljbffr Shhyfft
