CNC Machinist Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a stable opportunity with a company that values quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship? What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes Run horizontal and vertical CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain accuracy Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Monitor multiple machines and keep production running efficiently Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety procedures What We're Looking For CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to perform machine setups and make adjustments independently Experience with CNC milling and turning operations Strong inspection and measurement skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Blueprint reading experience is a plus Why Join Us? Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, CT. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
