CNC Machinist – Setup & Programming

Hartford, Middlesex & New Haven County, CT

Up to $30/hour based on experience

Skilled CNC Machinists with setup and programming experience are in demand! Multiple openings available with respected manufacturing companies throughout Connecticut supporting precision machining and aerospace-related production.

If you take pride in producing quality parts, troubleshooting setups, and working independently, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Setup and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Edit and program using G-code and machine controls
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform inspections using precision measuring tools
• Make tooling and offset adjustments as needed
• Support quality and production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• What We’re Looking For
• CNC machining experience with setup required
• Programming and editing experience strongly preferred
• Aerospace manufacturing experience highly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
• Experience with precision measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
