Accounts Receivable Clerk I

POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounts Receivable Clerk manages the daily distribution of corporate receivables. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Communicates with dealers regarding invoice questions and respond to dealers in a professional and timely manner. Gathers appropriate documents in response to WRMG Dealer requests for duplicate MSO/Battery Coupon, as documented in the Duplicate MSO/Battery Coupon process. Completes the daily mail distribution process, which includes creating the daily audit and distributing the daily MSO and invoices to the correct AR Clerk by plant location. Ensures all the appropriate MSO are received from any outside vendors. Creates FedEx Shipments for overnight invoice packets.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent related work experience Knowledge, Skills, And Ability Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Office applications and other business systems Must be organized and detail oriented Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric focus with the ability to collaborate with others Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
