Role Overview Reporting to the HR Director the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting Trajan Wealth's continued growth by owning and executing the full-cycle recruitment process. This position works closely with hiring managers across the business to identify, attract, and hire talent that aligns with Trajan's values, culture, and long-term goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering a strong candidate experience, and is comfortable operating in a growing organization where processes continue to evolve. This role is 100% onsite at our Scottsdale corporate office. Duties And Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and cultural alignment. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional, responsive, and positive experience. Proactively source both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other creative sourcing methods. Post and manage job openings across internal and external platforms, utilizing thoughtful sourcing strategies. Partner closely with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to understand business needs, role priorities, and evolving hiring plans. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, dispositions, and documentation within the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Communicate hiring decisions clearly and professionally, including extending and negotiating offers and delivering rejections when appropriate. Assist with interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and post-hire follow-up to support a smooth and welcoming new-hire experience. Stay informed on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices, and contribute ideas to improve Trajan's hiring processes as the company grows. Support HR initiatives and administrative functions as part of cross-functional development, gaining exposure to broader people operations.
