What Success Looks Like in This Role Quality Is King Winning looks like: Flawless installs, zero callbacks, and work you’d proudly put your name on. You’ll: Inspect jobs during and after installation to ensure top-notch quality Set the bar for workmanship, safety, and company standards Train and coach installers so everyone knows what “great” looks like Continuously improve processes to eliminate mistakes and rework Run the Jobsite Like a Pro Winning looks like: Jobs finished on time, on budget, and without chaos. You’ll: Plan, schedule, and oversee residential, commercial, and new construction installs Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower so crews aren’t waiting around Keep SKUs streamlined while maintaining quality Monitor progress daily and pivot when needed Manage large and multi-phase projects from walkthrough to final completion Build, Lead & Motivate Crews Winning looks like: A skilled, motivated team that shows up prepared, works safely, and has each other’s backs. You’ll: Lead multiple install crews and set clear expectations Provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition Make sure crews align with company standards and core values Manage time‑off efficiently so schedules stay intact Ensure every crew has the tools, materials, and manpower to succeed Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Create Happy Customers Winning looks like: Customers who feel informed, respected, and confident they chose the right company. You’ll: Ensure customers receive a 15–30 minute arrival call before every job Maintain proactive, professional communication throughout the install Step in to resolve concerns quickly and professionally Confirm completed work meets customer expectations and agreements A Few More Things You’ll Be Responsible For Collaborating with sales, service, and office teams to keep operations smooth Tracking performance metrics and improving efficiency Enforcing safety policies and best practices on every jobsite Representing Carolina HVAC and Electrical with professionalism and pride Helping improve systems, processes, and team performance as we grow What We’re Looking For HVAC installation experience with leadership or management background Strong organizational and people skills Confidence running multiple crews and projects Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented A positive attitude and team-first mindset Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What You’ll Get Competitive pay (based on experience) Leadership role with real influence and growth potential A solid team that works hard and supports each other A company that values quality, accountability, and having fun doing great work What do We Expect We expect all team members to live by our core values.
