What You'll Do As an Order Management Specialist, you'll own the customer order process from order entry through delivery and invoicing while serving as a trusted point of contact for your assigned customers. Key Responsibilities Include Manage customer orders from entry through successful shipment and invoicing. Review orders for accuracy, pricing, lead times, credit memos, and returns. Coordinate with production planning, inventory, shipping, and purchasing to ensure on-time fulfillment. Proactively monitor open orders and communicate schedule changes or delays. Build strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal business partners. Resolve customer questions and issues with professionalism and urgency. Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects Carlisle's commitment to service excellence. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field Experience supporting internal and/or external customers ERP experience (SAP preferred) is a plus.
