Business Development ManagerAs the Business Development Manager of our Pre-Owned Inventory, you'll play a key role in relationship management, business development, strategic marketing, and team leadership in a passion-driven industry. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a service industry role.Strong knowledge of golf and golf equipment.Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a business and identify new opportunities.Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage customers directly by phone.Proven ability to manage, coach, and collaborate with a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Willingness and ability to work hand in hand with AI tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
