Business Development Manager Foreclosure Services

We are an established foreclosure trustee company providing default services to lenders, servicers, banks, and asset management firms. Our team is built on speed, compliance, and client relationships — and we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and deepen existing partnerships. The Opportunity This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the default servicing industry and knows how to open doors. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing new business with mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions, hedge funds, and asset managers — while nurturing and expanding our existing client relationships. You'll represent our company at industry events, build a pipeline from the ground up, and work closely with operations to ensure we deliver on every promise we make. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify, prospect, and close new clients including mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions, GSEs, hedge funds, and asset management companies Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from cold outreach through contract execution Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each prospect's needs Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and scope of work with new and existing clients Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Account Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of existing clients Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance updates with key accounts Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships Proactively address client concerns and coordinate with operations to resolve issues quickly Industry Presence Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events (MBA, Five Star, USFN, ALFN, etc.) Stay current on default servicing regulations, market trends, and competitor activity Build and maintain a strong professional network within the default services industry Work closely with operations, compliance, and leadership to align client expectations with service delivery Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline reporting Provide regular forecasts and business development updates to senior leadership Qualifications Required 3+ years of business development or sales experience in the default servicing, foreclosure, or mortgage industry Established relationships with mortgage servicers, banks, or asset managers Strong understanding of the foreclosure process, default timelines, and property disposition Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Preferred Experience with property preservation, title, REO, or loss mitigation services Familiarity with GSE guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD/VA) Experience attending and networking at industry events (Five Star, MBA Annual, USFN, ALFN) Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Peak Companies
