Responsibilities Lead the team through the full product life cycle—from conception to launch and commercialization. Collaborate with engineering and other disciplines, ensuring software decisions align with hardware and material products. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and anticipate market needs to identify gaps where Formlabs can excel. Provide product thought leadership and act as a subject‑matter expert across the company. Mentor existing product managers and prioritize hiring to grow the team. Navigate ambiguity to deliver a clear roadmap and build novel solutions. Qualifications Preferred background in computer science or embedded engineering. At least 5 years of experience in a product management role. Previous experience leading a team of 5+ direct reports. Track record of driving processes forward and bias for action. Bonus Skills Started a company or new product from scratch. Experience scaling teams. Track record of leading high‑performing teams. Experience in the B2B tech space.
