Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for a diverse range of clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.

• Conduct couples therapy focusing on improving communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance emotional intimacy.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client notes and treatment plans in compliance with industry standards.
\n
• Utilize a specialized billing service that manages client accounts, insurance claims, eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on therapy.

• Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring your calendar remains organized and fully booked with ongoing sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals and couples across various age groups, backgrounds, and presenting concerns. Our practice embraces clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, and values the development of a strong therapeutic alliance to facilitate recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) permitting independent practice.
\n
• Strong commitment to professionalism, cultural competency, and high ethical standards in client interactions.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple client cases.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings per week to accommodate client scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 , supplemented by bonuses based on performance and client engagement. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
