State Street Investment Management (SSIM) is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join its Global Multi-Asset Solutions (GMAS) team. This role focuses on driving execution and supporting the growth of model portfolio solutions and strategic partnerships across key client segments.The AVP will play a central role in managing the progression of opportunities from initial engagement through onboarding and implementation. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable investment solutions and enhance the client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline & Opportunity ManagementManage and advance a pipeline of model portfolio and partnership opportunitiesTrack progress, ensure timely execution, and support conversion to funded mandatesStrategic Partnership SupportServe as a day-to-day contact for select strategic partnersSupport the development and execution of go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with senior leadershipAssist in driving partner-related opportunities through the pipelineExecution & CoordinationCoordinate across internal teams, including Investment, Sales, Product, and MarketingEnsure alignment of stakeholders and timely delivery of required inputsClient & Proposal SupportContribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client materialsSupport onboarding processes to help ensure a consistent client experienceProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and execution consistencyContribute to the development of scalable processes and operational best practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFA preferred4-8+ years of experience in asset management, investment solutions, or related fieldFamiliarity with model portfolios, multi-asset strategies, or investment productsExperience working with RIAs, platforms, or institutional clients is a plusStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsSkills & CompetenciesExecution-oriented with strong attention to detailAbility to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functionsSolid understanding of investment concepts and portfolio constructionAnalytical mindset with the ability to track and manage pipeline activityProactive and solution-oriented approachSalary Range:$90,000 - $157,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
