Job Description Summary Qualified candidate will apply solid knowledge of general accounting principles, month‑end closing and business analysis skills to record transactions and provide analysis for senior management. Works closely with the President and CEO. Major Responsibilities Assist with month‑end closing: Balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis. Maintenance of fixed assets: set up, depreciation, disposals. Processing of equipment sales & rental transactions. Administration of sales & use tax, real and personal property taxes. Required Qualifications Must have a 4‑year degree in Accounting. 2‑3 years of corporate or Accounting Graduate with Internship Experience. Proficiency with advanced accounting software and Excel. ADP Payroll Experience and CPA and audit experience a plus. Must be a team player with effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, work well with others and independently. Position requires travel for annual inventories to 3‑5 branch locations. Compensation And Benefits Salary depends on work experience and Accounting knowledge/certification: $60,000‑80,000.
