Mode of Work: Fully Remote

This requires ability to influence and work collaboratively with a clinical operations team and RCM vendor. Continuous improvement of key metrics, cost reduction of internal processes

Bad Debt Process’

Coding and Clinical Documentation- RCM representative with Clinical Operations team
Credentialing- Oversight
IN/OON carrier Expert
Communication of Insurance company policies and process changes as related to Front End Revenue Cycle
Metric Oversight
Work hand in hand with Provider Compensation in resolving Provider Concerns
