Your Responsibilities

• Oversee complete search processes from initial intake to final closure.

• Utilize our platform for efficient candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and overall organization.
• Focus on permanent placements that underscore long-term value for clients while securing substantial commissions for yourself.

Who You Are
