Industrial Security Specialist, Mid

The Opportunity:

Responsible for monitoring and evaluating compliance with End-Use Monitoring (EUM) requirements to ensure U.S.-provided defense articles, equipment, technology, and sensitive materials are protected, accounted for, and utilized in accordance with applicable U.S. Government regulations, Security Assistance agreements, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), and contractual requirements. Conducts inspections, observations, physical security assessments, and compliance reviews to verify adherence to established security procedures and safeguard-controlled assets. Identify vulnerabilities, analyzes security risks, documents findings, develops corrective action recommendations, and coordinates with U.S. Government, contractor, and host-nation personnel to resolve deficiencies and strengthen overall security compliance. Investigate security incidents, policy violations, and compliance deficiencies, document findings and recommend corrective actions. Prepare detailed inspection reports, compliance assessments, incident reports, trend analyses, and executive summaries. This position supports mission success by ensuring accountability, mitigating risk, and maintaining the integrity of Security Cooperation and End-Use Monitoring programs. Conduct roving car patrols as part of the security checks

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in military security, physical security, force protection, Security Assistance, or End-Use Monitoring
• Experience evaluating physical security measures, including access control, visitor management, key and lock control, restricted-area protection, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems, and perimeter security
• Experience protecting assets, aviation assets, munitions, or controlled facilities
• Experience conducting security inspections, compliance assessments, or vulnerability assessments
• Experience writing and preparing incident investigations, technical reports and corrective action recommendations
• Knowledge of physical security principles, access control, asset accountability, and risk management
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to austere locations in South Asia, including deployments of up to 6 months
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. Driver's License

Nice If You Have:

• Experience protecting assets, aviation assets, munitions, or controlled facilities
• Experience ensuring compliance with applicable DoD, DSCA, Security Assistance, and organizational policies and procedures
• Experience supporting Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Golden Sentry, or End-Use Monitoring (EUM) programs
• Experience with emergency response and contingency operations
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and security reporting systems
• Knowledge of force protection and (RAMS) Random Anti-terrorism security checks principles
• Ability to work independently in austere and overseas environments
• Possession of strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
