Tissue Recovery Tech (palliative, death care)

As a Tissue Recovery Technician, you will be working on a team that will recover postmortem musculoskeletal and/or cardiovascular tissues by using surgical techniques in our donor service area (3 hour radius of Memphis, TN). You are the surgeon doing the recovery! We provide the training to ensure you are successful.


Working Hours: Full time. On call - (24 hr shift) 15-16 days per month which includes some weekends/holidays. Use of company vehicle to travel to hospitals.


QUALIFICATIONS: Individuals with Aseptic Technique and Human Anatomy knowledge. Experience as an EMT, Autopsy Technician, Surgical Technician, funeral home experience. Salaried: $41k- $53k /yr depending on experience plus eligible for overtime pay.
