Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and issues related to substance use.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and facilitate ongoing evaluations to inform treatment planning and interventions.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and circumstances, ensuring a holistic view of their care.
\n
• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, utilizing a client-centered approach to encourage engagement and empowerment.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, responding effectively during emergencies and collaborating with local resources to ensure client safety.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, community organizations, and support networks to provide integrated services and resources for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to discuss patient progress, share best practices, and develop improvement strategies.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring timely submission of reports.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who struggle with substance use issues and associated mental health conditions. By providing tailored intervention and support, you will help clients navigate their recovery paths with dignity, aiming for successful outcomes and enhanced quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, ideally in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health treatment protocols, substance use disorders, and community resources.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in detox or residential treatment settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and practice models, including Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
