About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enterprise Partnerships and Market Expansion in the Home Health Service Line. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic growth opportunities to expand the company's market presence and strengthen enterprise partnerships. This role requires a leader with a strong background in home health or hospice, particularly in selling to large hospital systems, clinics, and physician practices. The VP will be accountable for developing strategic relationships, advancing new market opportunities, and delivering measurable business outcomes through innovative partnership strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to evaluate, structure, negotiate, and launch strategic partnerships. Candidates for the VP position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a related advanced degree, and at least 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related disciplines. The role demands a proven track record in developing and executing complex healthcare partnerships, strong industry expertise, and the ability to negotiate and structure complex agreements. The VP will also be expected to achieve aggressive growth, revenue, and business development objectives. Responsibilities include championing the design and implementation of new partnership models, serving as the executive sponsor during implementation, and coordinating resources to ensure the successful execution of partnership commitments.
