Position: Field Marketing Manager
Compensation: Salary Plus Commission Plus Overrides- Earn $150K to $250K

Statewide Windows & Doors is expanding and looking for an experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager (Canvassing) for the South Florida Region to build, coach, and lead a winning door-to-door sales team.

This is a leadership opportunity with exceptional earning potential through base salary, commissions, and team overrides along with a company vehicle, with gas allowance is included.

Responsibilities:

Interview and hire canvassers to constantly build your region
Train, coach, and motivate your team
Lead daily team meetings and field ride-alongs
Develop neighborhood canvassing strategies
Manage performance and drive appointment generation
Build a positive, high-performance culture

Experience:

Proven experience managing a large regional door-to-door canvassing team
Experience in home improvement, water treatment, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, or similar industries
Strong leadership and recruiting skills
Track record of hitting team goals
