Field Manager

This role is critical to supporting field operations, customer deployments, technician development, and operational excellence. Seeking a hands‑on leader with strong operational, customer‑facing experience, and team management experience who can drive execution across multiple priorities. Experience leading field teams in a service, technology, or deployment‑focused environment is strongly preferred. Leads field deployment operations. Responsible for ensuring successful implementation of company technologies, developing workforce readiness, driving process improvements, and supporting operational excellence across field services, support, and customer‑facing teams. Oversees field deployment activities, manages technician resources, supports customer implementations, coordinates with cross‑functional teams, reviews project readiness, resolves escalations, tracks operational performance, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Office‑based with regular interaction across multiple departments. Travel as needed to support customer sites, field operations, and strategic business initiatives. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of field operations, installation, service, or technical support experience 2+ years of leadership or team management experience Experience leading field service or deployment teams Strong project coordination and customer‑facing skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field Knowledge of networking, software, POS, controls, or technology implementations Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management platforms Background in training, process improvement, or workforce development #J-18808-Ljbffr
