$65,000 - $95,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead client consultations to understand their unique legal needs and provide clear, actionable advice.
• Develop comprehensive litigation strategies that align with client goals and uphold our firm's commitment to aggressive advocacy.
• Prepare and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations, advocating passionately for their rights and interests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative team environment.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and stay informed on evolving employment law trends.
• Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the litigation process to build trust and confidence in our services.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio, awaiting Ohio bar results, or eligible for prompt admission.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to listen, communicate with empathy, and earn clients’ trust.
• Driven, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
• Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practice.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate facts, risks, and strategy.
• Genuine interest in litigation, employment law, civil rights, or employee advocacy.
• Eager to learn, accept feedback, and develop as a litigator.

Employment law experience is a plus, but not required. We care more about intelligence, judgment, work ethic, and the drive to become an exceptional lawyer.
