Supervisor de mantenimiento de flota con licencia C2 en Bello

Si tienes bases técnicas y quieres desarrollarte profesionalmente, esta oportunidad es para ti. Responsabilidades Recibir y evaluar vehículos programados para mantenimiento preventivo o correctivo. Diagnosticar fallas reportadas por conductores y establecer prioridades. Coordinar actividades de técnicos mecánicos y auxiliares de mantenimiento. Asignar trabajos a proveedores externos según tipo de reparación. Garantizar la operatividad de los vehículos en el menor tiempo posible. Controlar gastos, tiempos de entrega y asegurar condiciones óptimas de la flota. Verificar cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento y análisis de indicadores. Requisitos Formación: Tecnólogo en mantenimiento de vehículos, mecánica o áreas afines. Experiencia: 1 año mínimo en mantenimiento de vehículos (el líder quiere formar a la persona). Conocimientos técnicos: Mantenimiento de vehículos diésel y gasolina. Normatividad vigente en transporte. Deseable manejo de Excel y sistemas de información. Requisito obligatorio: Licencia C2 vigente. Horario Lunes: 7:30 a.m. a 4:00 p.m. Sábados: 8:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m. Salario y beneficios $2.860.213 + prestaciones sociales Horas extras Contrato a término indefinido Ruta y casino Una persona con actitud, disposición para aprender, liderazgo operativo, capacidad de análisis y compromiso con la seguridad y la eficiencia de la flota.
