Healthcare People Leader: Strategy, Talent & Culture
Community Health Center of Buffalo Inc.
The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. seeks a Chief People Officer to partner with the executive team and drive HR strategies that advance the organization’s mission.
You will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, compensation and benefits, and HR operations to shape a positive workplace experience.
Candidates should have 7–10+ years of senior HR leadership in healthcare, SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred, and exceptional strategic and communication skills.
