Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for operations and manufacturing-related positions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with hiring managers, and can effectively manage competing priorities and urgent staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple distribution and operations locations Recruit for warehouse, manufacturing, operations, and skilled labor positions including pickers, packers, machine operators, forklift operators, and production associates Support occasional leadership hiring within operations teams Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring timelines, expectations, and recruiting strategy Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to improve hiring efficiency and provide updates to leadership Maintain organization and urgency while balancing shifting priorities and business demands Utilize ATS platforms and recruiting systems to manage candidate activity and reporting Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels Qualifications: 1–3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, light industrial, or operations roles preferred Agency recruiting experience highly preferred Experience using ATS systems and recruiting technologies Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required Rapidly growing organization with opportunities for advancement Collaborative and team-oriented culture Supportive leadership and strong training environment Engaged and social team atmosphere with team outings and events Stable organization with strong employee retention #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
