As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing and recruiting company's workforce needs. Your responsibilities will span the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screening: Review resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Onboarding: Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Negotiation: Assist candidates with salary and benefit negotiations.
• Follow-Up: Maintain communication with new hires post-placement to ensure a positive start and address any concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales background needed. Must be able to sell/promote jobs to applicants as well as our services and offerings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for filling positions.
• Comfort presenting to large groups of candidates during hiring events.
• In-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry.
• Proficiency in using social media and internet-based recruitment tools.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in exempt and non-exempt full-lifecycle recruiting, including managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a relevant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
