Job Details Job Location: Chicago Basement Systems LLC - Mokena, IL 60448 Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 / Salary/year Position Summary At Chicago Basement Systems, we believe in doing the right thing for our customers, our employees, and our community. As a leader in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting, we are growing rapidly and looking for motivated individuals to grow with us. We are seeking an organized, driven, and people-focused Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across multiple departments, including production, sales, customer service, and office support. The Recruiter will play a key role in the company’s growth by managing the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding. This person should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, communicating with a variety of personalities, and helping create a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Post and manage job ads across multiple hiring platforms Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews Schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress Attend hiring events and job fairs as needed Help maintain a strong company culture and employer brand Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs Qualifications Previous recruiting, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable speaking on the phone and interviewing candidates Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions at once Detail‑oriented and dependable Experience using job boards such as Indeed or ZipRecruiter is a plus Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset Bilingual is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience Bonus opportunities Health benefits Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team‑oriented culture Stable, year‑round employment Schedule Full‑Time Monday–Friday In‑office position located in the Chicagoland area Why Join Chicago Basement Systems?
