Assistant Branch Manager We are preparing to open a new branch in Commerce Twp and are looking for a motivated leader to help drive a successful launch. The selected candidate will play a key role during the pre-opening phase, including training across multiple locations. Training & Travel Requirement During the training period and until the new branch officially opens, regular travel to our existing branches will be required. Locations include Flint, Clio, Owosso, Davison, Fenton, Orion Township, Clarkston, Swartz Creek, Grand Blanc, and Lapeer. You will: Drive sales performance and deliver outstanding member experiences Support day-to-day branch operations while ensuring compliance standards are met Coach, develop, and motivate team members Step in to lead the branch in the manager's absence What You Bring 35 years of experience in a financial institution, focused on member service Prior leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for team success Knowledge of lending products and sales strategies Ability to obtain FiCEP certification If you are ready to step into a fast-paced, high-visibility role and make a meaningful impact from day one, we want to hear from you. *Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
