The ideal resource will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Operator. This resource will be responsible for the administration and oversight of the 24/7 batch processing schedule. This resource will maintain production job schedules in the BMC Control‑M job scheduling system and identify failures using documented processes and troubleshoot or elevate accordingly.
