Stronger partnerships, better hiring decisions, and a more connected workplace.As a Corporate Recruiter II, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to your business partners.You'll:Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needsDevelop recruiting strategies and workforce plans to support business goalsManage multiple requisitions across assigned departmentsSource and engage both active and passive candidatesConduct phone screens and identify top talent for hiring manager considerationProvide regular updates, market insights, and recruiting recommendations to leadersManage offers, candidate communications, and onboarding activitiesUtilize our ATS to track candidate activity and identify process improvementsShare best practices, mentor newer team members, and contribute to the growth of the TA teamServe as an ACA brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive experienceWe're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and partnering with leaders to find great talent.3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environmentExperience proactively sourcing and managing multiple openings simultaneouslyStrong partnership and consulting skills with hiring managers and business leadersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and accountabilityAbility to connect with people and create positive experiences for candidates and stakeholders alikeAt ACA, recruiters have a seat at the table.
