Our 100% onsite environment gives recruiters the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, learn the business firsthand, and build the relationships that lead to better hiring decisions and stronger candidate experiences.What You'll Be DoingAs a Corporate Recruiter I, you'll support hiring efforts across multiple departments while partnering with leaders to identify and attract great talent.You'll:Build relationships with hiring managers and learn what success looks like for their teamsPartner with leaders to understand hiring needs and support recruitment planningManage multiple open positions across assigned departmentsSource, screen, and maintain pipelines of qualified candidatesConduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualificationsProvide timely updates and recruiting progress reports to hiring managersTrack candidates accurately through the recruiting process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Coordinate interview feedback and help keep the hiring process moving efficientlyExtend offers and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring processServe as an ACA brand ambassador and help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboardingWhat Makes You SuccessfulWe're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and finding creative ways to solve problems.Preferred Qualifications:1+ years of recruiting experience preferredExperience working in a corporate environment or a strong desire to build a career in recruitingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferredApplicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferredAbility to learn new technologies and navigate multiple systems effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to build relationships and establish trust with candidates and hiring managersWhy ACA?At ACA, recruiting is about more than filling positions.
