Responsibilities
Build and maintain a portfolio of clients by understanding their unique risk profiles and insurance needs.
Guide individuals and business owners through the process of selecting coverage that offers real peace of mind.
Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure that coverage remains relevant as client circumstances evolve.
Act as a primary point of contact, resolving questions and concerns with care and accuracy.
Collaborate with the local team in Danbury to refine our approach to community outreach and service.
Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for growth and client protection.
Requirements
Active Connecticut Property Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Deep familiarity with insurance coverage structures and risk assessment.
Ability to navigate complex policy documents with ease.
Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and friendly client interactions.
