About the Role:

As a Surgical ScrubTech, you will play a critical role in supporting our surgical team by ensuringa sterile environment, preparing instruments and equipment, and assisting thesurgeon during ophthalmic procedures. You'll be responsible for anticipatingthe needs of the surgical team and maintaining a smooth workflow in theoperating room.

What We're Looking For:

Certification or prior scrub tech experience is required

• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ophthalmic surgery experience is a plus but not required
