What Your Day Will Look Like You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with. Your job is to connect with customers, create relationships, set quality appointments, and help move customers one step closer to purchasing a vehicle. Connecting with customers by phone, text, and email Responding to new internet leads Following up with previous customers and unsold opportunities Setting and confirming appointments Building relationships with potential buyers Helping customers take the next step toward purchasing a vehicle Working closely with our sales team What We're Looking For Goal-oriented Comfortable talking to people Confident on the phone Self-motivated and driven Organized and consistent with follow-up Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable and accountable If you’re satisfied with simply working your hours and collecting a paycheck, this may not be the position for you.
