Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Job Summary We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities & Scope of Work Conduct in‑home visits focusing on the person’s overall health and well‑being, and identify potential barriers to care. Perform a medication and medical history review, and a physical evaluation in the member’s home. Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment). Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Earn additional compensation via our pay‑per‑test model for visits where the member qualifies for additional diagnostic and preventive tests. Shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Short‑term or long‑term basis engagement. Pre‑scheduled in‑home visits with health plan members. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility). Malpractice coverage. Availability incentives based on weekly availability. Independent contractor status (1099). Flexible schedule. State license required. Paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states. Qualifications & Requirements MD or DO degree. State medical license (or willingness to enroll). Medicaid license or willingness to enroll strongly preferred. Availability to work Monday–Sunday, no nights or weekends required. Independent contractor (1099) and ability to travel for in‑home visits. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order laboratory tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.
