Job Description

We are seeking a talented, dependable, and detail-oriented Settlement Processor to join our Settlement Department. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong accuracy in data handling, and is comfortable working evening hours.

Essential Functions

• Perform and oversee account reconciliations with a high level of accuracy
• Execute end-of-day route processing and ensure timely completion
• Manage high-volume data entry while maintaining attention to detail
• Utilize SAP systems (preferred, but not required)
• Participate in training and ongoing development to support departmental needs

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy and efficiency
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and system navigation
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify discrepancies
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Effective communication skills

Hours Required

4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
