We are seeking a dependable CNC Machinist will be responsible foroperatingCNC(ComputerNumericallyControlled)Machinerysafelyandaccuratelytoperformavarietyofoperationstoproducemetal various commonandezoticfor ourproductline.The employeewouldbe responsiblefor loading andunloadingmetalparts,changing tooling,readingandinterpretingdesignblueprints,andadjustingthemachine settingsfor theneededspecifications. CNC Machinist General Responsibilities: Learntoreadworkorders and blueprints(materials,specifications,andgeometricdimensionsand tolerances) to machineproductsaccurately Assistin inspectionsofequipment, materials,andproducts Prepares andloadsraw materialsand parts onto themachines Monitors the machineswhilethey execute the tasks andmakesany necessary adjustments toproduceabetter result Choosing, changing,andloading the correct cutting toolsforthe job Learn to utilize precision measuring tools to inspect and measure products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly and meets quality standards Documents actions by completing production work orders Checks, cleans, andmaintainsmachinery daily to ensure functionality Capable of setting up mills and lathes by installing fixtures, attachments, and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications is a plus CNC Machinist Requirements Possess aHighSchoolDiploma orequivalent,certification ortechnicalschoolinMachining 1-2yearsofexperienceworking withCNCmachines orinamanufacturingplantpreferred. Mechanical Aptitude Abletoreadandinterpretworkinstructions Fluentinboth written andspoken English Previous experiencewithlathes, mills,pressbreaks, plasmamachines,smallhandtools.
