Job Summary

Analyze business needs, define future-state solutions, and develop requirements that support compliance initiatives and business objectives. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate processes, analyze data, and improve information technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define desired future states that address mandated business requirements.
• Use analytical methodologies and business process modeling to evaluate solutions.
• Manage and prioritize requirements to maximize their impact on business objectives.
• Conduct routine data analysis to align technology solutions with organizational initiatives.
• Analyze business and user needs.
• Document, validate, and revise requirements for existing and future systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree preferred.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process modeling.
• Experience working with compliance requirements or mandated initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
