Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mood disorder symptoms in clients, evaluating factors such as frequency and intensity to develop a complete understanding of their challenges.

• Collaboratively design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, objectives, and therapy goals, incorporating approaches such as narrative, structural family, or strategic therapy.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and therapeutic strategies to promote understanding and engagement in the healing process.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on effectiveness and client feedback while meticulously documenting all interactions to ensure case continuity.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
