Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and therapeutic needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual or family.

• Delivering evidence-based therapy practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Structural Family Therapy, that are aligned with the client's specific goals.

• Engaging in collaborative case management with families, support systems, and other health professionals to enhance client treatment outcomes.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of therapeutic sessions and interventions while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with The Journey For Healing, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to conduct effective clinical assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
