Work Environment\n

The position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while delivering exceptional care. It is essential to be available for at least 30 hours per week. Although you will work with clients virtually, you will also have the opportunity to engage in telemedicine practices and conduct some in-person sessions as needed. You will have access to a supportive administrative team that facilitates your work and enhances your ability to provide quality care. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grow Therapy Center, you will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing specific issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and grief and loss.

• Engage in thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that focus on each family member’s unique needs.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions, ensuring that the highest standards of clinical excellence are maintained.

• Monitor progress, adjust treatment methods as necessary, and document sessions in compliance with legal and organizational policies.

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to foster a collaborative environment aimed at improving techniques and methodologies in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population that includes adults, children, and adolescents. You will help clients navigate complex family issues such as:

\n
• Medical issues impacting family dynamics

• Blended family challenges, including remarriage

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active LMFT license issued by the state of California.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome both recently licensed and seasoned therapists who are passionate about patient care and dedicated to clinical excellence. Experience in virtual therapy practices is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
