As a licensed therapist at Raven Mental and Counseling Center, you will begin your work week on Monday and conclude on Friday, with a structured schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This remote position allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the emotional and behavioral issues affecting clients, particularly those navigating challenges related to mood disorders.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Evidence-Based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders and available treatment options, fostering a collaborative approach to wellness.

• Monitor client progress closely, adjusting treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated treatment plans that address both mental health and potential co-occurring medical issues.
