Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with their individual goals, preferences, and cultural values.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other systemic approaches tailored to clients' needs.

• Educate clients and their families about effective coping strategies, treatment options, and mental health resources.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued alignment with clients' evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care solutions.

• Stay informed of the latest research in mental health and therapy methodologies to further refine and enhance therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary focus will be on individuals and families dealing with issues related to divorce, relationship dynamics, and various mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
