Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual and group therapy tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and develop weekly treatment plans, ensuring all documentation meets company standards in a timely manner.

• Establish and implement comprehensive aftercare plans for clients upon discharge to facilitate their ongoing success and recovery.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients' families, outside clinicians, and referral sources to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient interactions, treatment goals, and progress notes in adherence with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with various mental and behavioral health challenges, co-occurring disorders, and substance use issues. Your expertise will help guide clients towards recovery and improved mental health through personalized and empathic therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, particularly with individuals facing mental health and behavioral challenges.

• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and establish professional boundaries.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
