Limitless Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art outpatient rehabilitation facility located in Newburgh, New York. Work Environment

Located in the scenic Finger Lakes region, our Newburgh facility offers a supportive and professional working atmosphere with access to advanced rehabilitation equipment and resources. As part of a well-established team, you will benefit from direct collaboration with other healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM , allowing for a well-balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function and identify specific rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training tailored to each patient's goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal recovery and performance.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies, safe mobility techniques, and injury prevention methods, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate on patient care strategies, fostering a culture of shared learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• A valid New York State Physical Therapy License is required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate are highly preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with various physical therapy modalities and rehabilitation technologies.
• Experience in patient education and motivation, along with a strong understanding of injury prevention techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
