Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our outpatient office, you will find a structured and organized work environment that emphasizes quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for an average of 7 patients daily, tailoring rehabilitation exercises to meet specific recovery goals.
• Guide patients through mobility-enhancing exercises, ensuring the correct application of techniques to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Engage in clear, compassionate communication with patients and their families to provide education on rehabilitation processes and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with regulations while collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and align strategies across the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse population of patients, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to those recovering from injuries related to sports or daily activities. Qualifications

• A valid New York State Physical Therapist License.
