The Good Reps Rehab Center is searching for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in New Windsor, New York. This onsite role is based out of our outpatient facility, which is centrally located in New Windsor. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate up to 7 patients per day to identify physical impairments and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Utilize various rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to aid patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document each patient's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary in accordance with best practices and patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation, serving a diverse patient population that includes post-surgical patients, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Each therapist will engage with patients to develop a supportive relationship that promotes trust and cooperation in the healing process.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in New York State.
• A Bachelor's degree; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working specifically in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement includes 2 years of outpatient experience, additional experience in sports rehabilitation or advanced manual therapy techniques can distinguish candidates and is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that ranges between $100,000 and $120,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications.
