Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, evaluations, and personalized treatment plans for an average of 7 patients daily, addressing their unique rehabilitation needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering clear explanations and answering any questions regarding treatment strategies and progress.
• Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle changes, and therapies to promote independence and health improvement.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support patient outcomes, ensuring that the latest methodologies and best practices are implemented in treatment plans.
• Document and manage patient progress meticulously to facilitate insurance processing and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Echo Rehabilitation Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including geriatric individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and those with chronic conditions. You will tailor your approach to each patient's specific needs, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted rehabilitation practices.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Physical Therapist License.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of two years of relevant physical therapy experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000.
