Work Environment

This position requires the Physical Therapist to work onsite, primarily in home care settings. Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, encompassing a range of conditions including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and mobility challenges due to age-related decline. Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New York is required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is necessary; advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate are favored.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
