Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining realistic goals and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain documentation of client interactions while minimizing paperwork, allowing you to focus on delivering care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of stable adults facing low-acuity mental health issues, allowing you to deliver therapeutic services in a supportive and conducive environment. You will work with clients requiring guidance in personal development, relationship issues, and general emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active state-issued LMFT license; provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Proficient in technology with strong computer literacy skills to navigate virtual counseling platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
